<br />and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Property during the full term of this <br />lease and any extensions or renewals thereof. <br /> <br />13. Modification. Any modifications or amendments of the lease agreement shall be <br />made by mutual consent of the Landlord and Tenant, by the issuance of a written <br />modification or amendment, prior to any changes being performed. <br /> <br />14. Termination.
