All installations placed upon said right-of-way by the GOl1e.rnment shalt be an,l <br />re?nain the property 01 the Government and ?naY be removed the1'efrom by thfl Government at an'l/ <br />time. <br /> <br />2. The ('onstruction, operation and maintenance, renewal, and removal of the said <br />installation s/utll be ILCcomplished by the Gove1'lIment at itR sole cost and f!X1)emre and in such <br />?nanner as will at all times enable the Licenso'r to use the surface of the right-aI-way, <br /> <br />3. In the event of any luture alterations 01 the prope1'ty of the Licensor or of the <br />line or grade 01 the 1ight-ol-way necessitating changes in said installations, the Got'ernment will <br />?nake such changes in its installations as may be necessary in connection with such alterations, <br /> <br />4.
