Cass County has established certain fees that must be charged when providing <br />services to the public. These fees are nm meant to supersede any fees specified for <br />individual offices in the North Dakota Century Code. <br /> <br />2. Copy services: $.25 for each page, excluding all other fees set by State statutes. <br />This fee is meant to offset the costs of using copy machines. <br /> <br />3. Print screens: $1.00 for the first page and $.25 for each additional page. This fee is <br />meant to offset the costs of using computer printors. <br /> <br />4. Computer data: Printed $10.00 for the report setup fee and $.25 per page for <br />printed material. Examples would be election reports or assessment lists. <br /> <br />5. Computer data: Labels $10.00 for the report setup f-oe and $.01 per label. An <br />example would be voter labels from the election system. <br /> <br />6. Computer data: Electronic $25.00 for the report setup fee and $20.00 per <br />megabyte of information. Examples would be an election disk containing all the <br />voters in an election or a disk containing all or part of an assossment district. <br /> <br />7. Research or report compiling: The mid point of tho.'\ 13 pay range will be used as a <br />per hour cost in determining the proper charge for the research of, and preparation <br />of, information requested by private individuals, firms, or corporations, excluding the <br />initial hour. The costs of copies as noted above, and actual costs of mailing, shall <br />be included. <br /> <br />8. Records requested under the open records la'.\': The mid point of the ^ 13 pay range <br />will be used as a per hour cost in determining the proper charge for the research of, <br />and preparation of, information requested under the open records law by private <br />individuals, firms, or corporations, excluding the initial hour. No charge will be made <br />for costs of accessing confidential or closed material. The costs of copies as noted <br />abovo, and actual costs of mailing, shall be included. <br />
