All project data will be provided on the North Dakota State Plane coordinate <br />system, NAD 83/NA\rD88 in units of U.S. Survey feet. Furthermore, all project <br />data will be delivered in formats compatible with the County's selected GIS. <br /> <br />QA Procedures <br /> <br />The County will determine the quality and acceptability of the project deliverables. <br />Additionally, the Count)- ~vill base the decision for acceptance/rejection on the <br />mutually agreed upon acceptance criteria discussed below. <br /> <br />The mapping products produced under these specifications must comply with the <br />criteria described below. These criteria will be met by Sanborn and will be checked <br />as part of the acceptance process by the County. <br /> <br />County Review Period <br /> <br />The County will perform a formal quality assurance (QA) review of the Goods and <br />Services. The Count), will nodfy Sanborn within thirD'- (30) Days of receipt of <br />shipment if any fries fail to meet the Acceptance Criteria. Identified errors and <br />requested edits will be returned to Sanborn for correction. The County will notify <br />Sanborn within thirty- (30) Days of receipt of those fries as to their being accepted <br />or Rejected. <br /> <br />Sanborn I eview Period <br /> <br />If Sanborn requires a redelivery due to the data not meeting the Acceptance Criteria, <br />Sanborn will correct (for final delivery) only those edit calls during the initial <br />QC/validation of the data by the Count3'. Sanborn is responsible for achieving 100 <br />% accuracy rating for correcting true errors identified by the County. Errors <br />identified by the County that is subjective (interpretative) and/or due to source <br />errors ~vill not be subjected to or considered in the acceptance rating. Sanborn will <br />complete the corrections to the data within thirty'- (30) Days receipt of the data <br />from the County'. In retrospect, the County will notify Sanborn ~vithin thirty- (30) <br />Days of receipt of the corrected files if any fail to meet Acceptance Criteria again. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br /> · Project Work Plan <br /> · Flight/Survey control layout <br /> · GPS Field Survey report <br /> · Aerial Triangulation report <br /> DEM digital data in ASCII format. <br /> ! <br /> · Uncompressed digital fdes on DVD, containing new color ortho-rectified <br /> photos at 1"=200' - 1-foot Pixel Resolution and MrSid format. <br /> <br />Services Agreement between The Sanborn Map Company, Inc and Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br /> <br />
