It provides a listingofthe 12 attendant care sites, the provider for each, and the number of placements and associated
operating costs for CY07. You will note that 6 ofthe sites are operated by the county, 5 are operated by a private provider on
behalf ofthe county, and 1 is operated by a Tribal agency. Ofthe 12, only 1 site is currently being reimbursed for costs
associated with leasing space, a situation where the county uses space in a private group home; however, as those types of costs
were intended to be the responsibility of the local jurisdiction, we are hoping to transition away from those reimbursements within
the next year.

Please don't hesitate to contact me for other information or with questions. Thanks.

Lisa Jahner
Juvenile Justice Specialist
NO Association of Counties
P.O, Box 877
Bismarck, NO 58502
Phone: (701) 328-7320/1800-932-8730
Fax: (701) 328-7308
liahner@ndaco.org

7/9/2008
