On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DATA PROCESSING, Out-of-state travel approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out-of- <br />state travel for Mike Steiner to attend the IBM SAA <br />ImagePlus WAF/400 Implementation class October 22-28, <br />1994, in Dallas, TX. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out-of- <br />state travel for Deputies Majerus, Argall and Nitschke to <br />attend the Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center <br />Conference on September 20-22, 1994, in Peoria, IL. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ATTENDANT CARE PROGRAM, Short-term use of office space in basement <br />of Juvenile Justice Center <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the small <br />conference room in the basement of the Juvenile Justice <br />Center be used for the attendant care program during <br />construction of additional floors on the Juvenile Justice <br />Center. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Railroad crossing upgrade on County 17 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve and <br />authorize chairman to sign purchase order for rubber <br />crossing material to install on the railroad crossing on <br />County Road 17, two miles north of West Fargo, according <br />to memo from County Engineer Keith Berndt, dated August <br />26, 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Game and Fish Department grant agreement; 911 <br />service agreement; remote access agreements <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve contracts <br />submitted by the respective department heads and portfolio <br />commissioners, subj ect to State's Attorney approval; and <br />authorize the Chairman to sign the following: Game and <br />Fish Department grant agreement for Valley Water Rescue; <br />911 service agreement with Ransom County; and remote <br />access agreement with Edina Realty and Park Company <br />Realtors. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
