The plat is located in <br />Normanna Township, Section 16. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create one lot, for industrial development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat which is being forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br />We are awaiting a certified letter from Normanna Township approving <br />zoning and floodplain requirements. If the letter is not received prior to <br />the June 2 meeting, staff will request that the item be pulled from the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Torgerson Second <br />Subdivision, Section 16, Township 137N, Range 50W in Cass County, <br />North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2008 Commission Correspondence\Consent Memo_Torgerson _second060208.doc <br />
