(. <br />Keith Berndt, Cass County Engineer ./ \'./) <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 24, 2008 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Topic for May 5, 2008 Meeting: <br />Prairie Sky Subdivision <br /> <br />The Cass County Planning Commission reviewed the subject subdivision <br />and held a public hearing on April 24, 2008. The plat is located in <br />Pleasant Township, Section 35. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create two lots, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Pleasant Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning and <br />floodplain requirements. Therefore, the Planning Commission <br />recommendation is being forwarded to the County Commission Board for <br />action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Prairie Sky Subdivision, <br />Section 35, Township 137N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2008 Commission Correspondence\Consent Memo]rairie_Sky050508.doc <br />
