The following policy on annual leave and re-employment, without the <br />proposed changes, mirrors the policy of Cass County. With the proposed <br />change from one year to three years of service, we are now creating further <br />inequities for Cass County employees. <br /> <br />Section 4-07-12-12 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />4-07-12-12. Annual leave and reemployment. An employee <br />who leaves the employee's employment and who is rehired within <br />one year three years must be credited with the employee's previous <br />years of continuous service for the purpose of determining the <br />employee's annual leave accrual rate.
