<br />- Cesspools shall not be installed. <br /> <br />- Surface and storm waters shall not be discharged into anyon-site <br />soil absorption field or drain tile system. <br /> <br />- No provision of these regulations shall be deemed to require a <br />change in any portion of an on-site sewage disposal system or any <br />other work regulated by these regulations in or on an existing <br />building or lot when such work was installed and is maintained in <br />accordance with law in effect prior to the effective date of these <br />regulations, except, when it is determined that a system is <br />dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, a nuisance, or a menace to life, <br />health or property. <br /> <br />- No private on-site sewage disposal system or parts, thereof, shall <br />be located in any parcel of land other than the parcel of land which <br />is the site of the building, structure, or premises served by such <br />families, except centralized treatment. <br /> <br />- In the event that a septic system with a seepage pit is abandoned, <br />the pit shall be filled with soil, sand, or gravel. This requirement is <br />binding on all systems whether installed prior to regulations or not. <br /> <br />SECTION X - SITE CONDITIONS <br /> <br />All proposed sites for on-site sewage systems shall include the <br />following minimum information; under certain conditions (additional <br />data may be required): <br /> <br />A. Depth of the seasonal high water table and bedrock <br />B. Soil conditions - properties and permeability <br />C. Slope <br />D. The existence of lowlands, depressions, outcrops <br />E. Surface water drainage patterns <br />F. All setbacks, as required in these regulations, shall be <br />described or drawn out. <br /> <br />11 <br />
