Commission Minutes--February 17, 2004 2702 <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />MEETING UPDATES, Committee reports <br />Mr. Wagner reported on communications he has had as a member of the North Dakota <br />Association of Counties Courts Facility Improvement Committee. A questionnaire will be <br />mailed to counties to begin listing priorities for possible grant funding opportunities for court <br /> <br />space. <br /> <br />Mr. Vanyo said he participated in a telephone conference call of the county merit system <br />committee last week, and more information will be presented to county commissioners at <br />upcoming regional meetings. <br /> <br />Assistant State's Attorney Aaron Birst reported that he was present today on behalf of the <br />State's Attorney, Birch Burdick. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />notice of a meeting of the East Central Commissioners Association to be held at 9:30 <br />AM on Thursday, March 4th, at the Valley City V.F.W.
