CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />- letter from Houston Engineering requesting comments on any environmental concerns <br />with a roadway improvement project on Interstate 29 from the North Fargo interchange <br />on Cass County Highway 20 north to the Sheyenne River (copy referred to county <br />engineer); <br />- letter from Supreme Court of North Dakota regarding judicial vacancy in District <br />Judgeship No.1, East Central Judicial District, and requesting any comments on the <br />vacancy be provided in writing no later than January 25, 2008; <br />- letter from Cass County Electric Cooperative and Otter Tail Power Company regarding a <br />potential wind farm and transmission line project located north of Valley City; <br />- letter from CapX2020 regarding public meetings to discuss the "Fargo to Monticello <br />Transmission Line Project"; <br />- Letter from North Dakota Pipeline Association regarding public awareness meetings to <br />be held across the state to provide information on management of pipeline emergencies. <br /> <br />13.
