<br />Commission Minutes-January 22,2008 3312 <br /> <br />existing Northerly right of way line of Main Avenue then South 66 degrees 5 <br />minutes 55 seconds East along the existing Northerly right of way line of Main <br />Avenue for a distance of 52.13 feet to the point of beginning of Goodman's <br />Subdivision to the City of Fargo; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Cass <br />County North Dakota, that the personal property taxes of David B. and Lauretta M. Bedford <br />d/b/a Valley Kitchen in the amount of $2,692.73 be made a specific lien on Lots 22 and 23 <br />as originally platted less the following for highway right of way: Beginning at a point of the <br />existing Northerly right of way line of Main Avenue and the Easterly line of Lot 22 then North <br />2 degrees 12 minutes 14 seconds West assumed bearing along the Easterly line of said Lot <br />22 for a distance of 13.82 feet then North 81 degrees 10 minutes 59 seconds West for a <br />distance of 47.69 feet to a point of intersection with the existing Northerly right of way line of <br />Main Avenue then South 66 degrees 5 minutes 55 seconds East along the existing <br />Northerly right of way line of Main Avenue for a distance of 52.13 feet to the point of <br />beginning of Goodman's Subdivision to the City of Fargo. <br /> <br />b. Receive monthly financial statement from the Auditor's Office for the <br />month ended December 31 , 2007. <br />c. Approve raffle permit for Cass County Wildlife Club to be held January <br />26, 2008, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, North <br />Dakota. <br />d. Approve special event permit for The Red Baron Lounge & Pizza Pub to <br />serve alcoholic beverages for a Cass County Wildlife game feed <br />fund raiser on January 26, 2008, between the hours of 6:00 PM to <br />approximately 12:45 AM at the agricultural building, Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds, 1201 West Main Avenue, West Fargo, North Dakota. <br />e. Abatement #4304 for Cory and Renee Clasen be reduced to $550,000, <br />as recommended by the Director of Equalization, in concurrence with <br />the local assessor and accepted by the applicants; <br />Abatement #4312 and #4313 for Gerald Lahren be approved, as <br />recommended by Davenport Township and the Director of Equalization; <br />Abatement #4308 for Abrahamson Family Trust be approved and <br />Abatement #4306 and #4307 for Abrahamson Family Trust be denied, <br />as recommended by the City of Grandin and the Director of Tax <br />Equalization. <br />f. Contract approval <br />AT&T-tower site lease amendment to existing lease for an <br />AT&T tower in Casselton, North Dakota; <br />North Dakota Youth Correctional Center-contract to house <br />juveniles in the event of an unforeseen emergency. <br /> <br />6. RESOLUTION #2008-2, MIDA Bond for Essentia Health Proiect <br />Attorney James Stewart was present for the MIDA Bond public hearing on the application of <br />Essentia Health for an amount not to exceed $145,000,000 for the purpose of financing and <br />refinancing acquisition of assets by Dakota Clinic, Ltd. and Dakota Specialty Institute d/b/a <br />Innovis ("DC/I") by Innovis Health, LLC, including facilities in Fargo, Casselton, Jamestown, <br />Valley City, Hankinson, Medina, Lisbon and Wahpeton, North Dakota.
