To upgrade existing roadway/sidewalk system as noted in Alternative 1 <br /> <br />ii. To construct a 10 ft shared use path along Dakota Avenue from Interstate <br />29 Bridge to Rivershore Drive and along Dakota Avenue from Interstate 29 <br />Bridge to Lind Boulevard (Refer to Figures 4.21 - 4.26). <br /> <br />iii.
