Amend Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, and <br />appoint Douglas Sinclair to fill a vacancy on the Gardner City Planning <br />and Zoning board from the extra-territorial jurisdiction. <br />g. Authorize the Information Technology Department to purchase <br />replacement computer equipment and software in the amount of <br />$147,250 and to purchase server equipment in the amount of $94,500. <br />h. Grant final plat approval to Steinbergerville Subdivision in Section 14 <br />Township 142N Range 50W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br />i. Contract approval <br />Houston Engineering Services-contract for services to design future <br />turn lanes on Cass County 10 west of Casselton on Cass County 23 <br />(ethanol plant road); <br />North Dakota Association of Counties-technical support services <br />agreement; <br />Flood lot leases; <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation-traffic safety grant <br />amendment in the amount of $1 ,500 for travel expenses to allow <br />Captain Mike Argall to attend law enforcement liaison training and to <br />amend the 2008 Sheriff's Department revenue budget by $1,500; <br />- Jail Mental Health Collaborative Project-grant management <br />services agreement with Sheree Spear. <br /> <br />6. FARGO CASS PUBLIC HEALTH, Authorized to monitor sun tanninQ parlor reQulations <br />for State of North Dakota <br />Myron Berglund, Fargo Cass Public Health, was present. He addressed the commission <br />regarding regulations for monitoring sun tanning parlors as mandated by the North Dakota <br />Legislature. The law went into effect July 1, 2007. However, corresponding enforcement <br />regulations were recently completed. <br />
