On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Casselton a_~reement for elevator road I~roject <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br /> an agreement with the City of Casselton for the elevator road project. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Quit claim deed corrected for abandoned ri_~ht-of-wav <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair and <br /> the county auditor to sign a substitute quit claim deed for abandoned <br /> highway right-of-way in Tower Township, so the deed reads Dennis D. <br /> Richman instead of Dennis and Lorene Richman, in accordance with a <br /> letter dated January 12, 2004 from Craig E. Johnson with the law firm of <br /> Johnson, Ramstad & Mottinger. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
