<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUT10N ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the foHowing claims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the-County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bills and daims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followlrlg funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective runds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing res~on was o~.ered at a regu ar meeting of the <br />c~n. ty Commissioners ,held on the . day of by Commissioner <br />~ . wno moved ITS adoption, was seconded by Commissioner <br />I , and adopted by the foHowing vote: . <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <~.. <br />Nays: I <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />~~177~ <br />C tYAuditor <br />
