RESOLUTION #2004-2 <br /> <br />CERTIFYING AS A LIEN AGAINST REAL ESTATE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The North Dakota State Legislature, in Chapter 57-22 of the North Dakota <br /> Century Code, has a process by which counties can, by resolution, create a <br /> specific lien on particular descriptions of real property owned by the tax <br /> debtor of personal property taxes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Personal property taxes of Bob Schmidt remain unpaid, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bob Schmidt has interest in real property described as: <br /> <br />33-137-50 DESC TRACT SW ¼ 6 ACRES <br /> <br />Beg at SW cor of sec E to pt of inter with cntr of Shey R NE <br />alg R about 38 rds SE alg R about 40 rds to inter with S In sec <br />W alg sec In to inter with cntr of riv <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Cass <br />County North Dakota, that the personal property taxes of Bob Schmidt in the amount of <br />$35.11 be made a specific lien on real property in Normanna Township, SW ¼ of 33-137- <br />50 as described above. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Robyn Sorum, Chairperson <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, Auditor <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />M:\MINUTES\Comm2004\#2004-2TAXLIEN.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
