This method allows the personal property taxes to become a <br />lien upon any and all real property that the taxpayer owns in the county. <br /> <br />We have a taxpayer that is several years delinquent on personal <br />property taxes resulting from a leasehold interest tax on property the <br />taxpayer was leasing from the Red River Valley and Western Railway <br />Company. The taxes are owed for the 1998 through the 2001 tax <br />years.
