Box 2806 <br />Fargo, ND 58108 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Montplaisir: <br /> <br />After a long history of having SENDCAA Head Start classrooms located at 57 11th <br />Avenue North in Fargo, we have made the decision to move to a new location that offers <br />a wide array of opportunities for our program while meeting the chariging demographics <br />of our community. Consequently, we will not be renewing the occupancy lease with <br />Cass County and in accordance with that agreement, we hereby notify you of our intent to <br />vacate the building as of November 12th, 2007. <br /> <br />Though we will be vacating the building, SENDCAA will continue to operate and <br />manage the upper level apartments in compliance with the HOME rehabilitation <br />agreements between the Division of Community Services, Cass County and the City of <br />Fargo. <br /> <br />Once again, SENDCAA wishes to express our heartfelt appreciation for the many years <br />that this building has served as a location for our Head Start classrooms in the Fargo <br />Community.
