The Cornmission has caused to be made a cornpli::tc, 115:: ',,"" the benefits and assessments setting forth each lot or tract of land assessed, the amount each lot or tract is benefitted by the improvement, and the amount assessed against each such lot or tract of land; that each of said lots or tracts of land is hereby assessed the amount shown on said assessment list. 4. The list has been completed and there has been attached thereto a Certificate signed by all of the members of the Special l-'lssessment Commission certifying that the same lS .^ true e,r.::: correct assessment of the property therein described to ~he best · cheir judgment and stating the several items of expense included in the assessment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Gust. On roll call, the follo\!ing commissioners voted in favor of said Resolution: iRieland, (.oust, and Engebretson. No one voted against the Resolution so the motion carried and the Resolution was duly adopted. It \Vas moved by Commissioner Gust and seconded by Comrni 5s10n(,:r Wieland that the assessment list for Street Improvement Districe No. 2007-1 be published in The Forum, the official newspaper of t:YH:; County, and that the Commission meet on the 17th day of October, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. in the Cass County Commission Chambers of the Cass County Courthouse, 211 Ninth Street South in the City of Fargo to hear objections made to any assessment by any interested party, his agent or attorney. On roll call, Gust, Wieland, and Engebretson voted aye, no one voted nay, so the motion carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it \!as moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that tho n,eeLLng adjourn.
