MINUTES OF MEETING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COMMISSION The Special Assessment Commission of the County of Cass met en the 19th day of September, 2007, at 11: 00 a. m. at the Coun ty i\udi tor's office at the Cass County Courthouse. Commiss ioners present were Wieland, Gust and Engebretson. The Commission proceeded to complete the determinati.on of .., particular lots and parcels of land wi thin Street Improv":f:"r:t District No. 2007-1 especially benefitted, and the assessment of benefits against each such parcel of land. Commissioner t'lieland moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, the members of the Special Assessment Commission ha'fc revie\ved the property \vi thin Street Improvement District No. 2007 --} which may be subject to such special assessments, and have determined from such inspection the particular lots and parcels of land which in the opinion of the Commission will be especially benefi tted by the construction of such work for which specL::il assessments are to be made, and have assessed against each such parcel of land such sum not exceeding the benefits as may be necessary to pay its just proportion of the costs of such vicrk including all expenses incurred in the making of specia assessments, and publishing notices with reference thereto and ehe per diem of the Commission; and WHEREAS, said Commission has caused to be made a conmlete l~_sL of the benefits and assessments setting forth eacn lot or improvement, and the amount assessed against each such lot or tract of land; and YJHEREAS, said list has been completed and there has be.>:;n attached to said list of assessments a certificate, signed by a 1 members of the Special Assessment Commission, certi fying tha t t~ie same is a true and correct assessment of the property the:cein described, to the best of their judgment, and stating the several items of expense included in the assessment; NOW THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1.
