CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE CASS COUNTY WILDLIFE CLUB ARTICLE I. The name of this organization shall be THE CASS COUNTY WILDLIFE CLUB. ARTICLE II. The object and purpose for which this organization is formed is to provide a common meeting ground for sportspeople and wildlife conservationists by which united and organized efforts for the propagation, conservation and protection of all forms of wildlife in North Dakota can find expression. It shall be the purpose of the organization at all times to stimulate good fellowship among all its members, to inculcate a sense of responsibility for good sportsmanship and respect for all laws governing fishing and hunting etc. , to properly care for all game and fish needing care, encourage and assist in propagation thereof, and support legislation tending to accomplish such purposes including support for enforcement machinery as this organization or its affiliated clubs and/or state organization of similar nature shall support. All of these purposes shall be prompted in order to preserve and improve hunting, fishing for all sportspeople in North Dakota as well as for future generations. To promote fellowship, the necessary club facilities may be established including, facilitation for trap, skeet and target shooting and such other similar facilities as the club shall determine. ARTICLE III. The annual dues shall be in such sum as the membership shall determine or as set out in the by- laws of this organization. ARTICLE IV. The business affairs of this organization shall be handled by a board of eleven directors consisting of the club president (who shall be chairman of the board of directors), vice president, eight elected directors and the immediate past president. Election of officers and directors shall be held during the annual meeting in the month of November at a time fixed by the board of directors. Notice of such annual meeting shall be sent to each registered member by mail at least three days prior to the meeting.
