ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for new eauipment MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair to sign a purchase order for a 2004 four wheel drive loader from ROO Equipment, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 14. PLAT APPROVAL, Danielson Subdivision in Warren Township MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval for Danielson Subdivision, Section 36, Township 138N, Range 50W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 15. RESOLUTION #2004-1, Extend personal property taxes to real property MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to adopt Resolution #2004-1 pertaining to the extension of personal property taxes to real property owned by tax debtor, Jerald A. Hurt. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION #2004-1 CERTIFYING AS A LIEN AGAINST REAL ESTATE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES WHEREAS, The North Dakota State Legislature, in Chapter 57-22 of the North Dakota Century Code, has a process by which counties can, by resolution, create a specific lien on particular descriptions of real property owned by the tax debtor of personal property taxes, and WHEREAS, Personal property taxes of Jerald A. Hurt remain unpaid, and WHEREAS, Jerald A. Hurt has interest in real property described as Lot 9, Block 1 Eastwood Addition to the City of West Fargo; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Cass County North Dakota, that the personal property taxes of Jerald A. Hurt in the amount of $729.35 be made a specific lien on Lot 9, Block 1 of Eastwood Addition to the City of West Fargo, also known as 510 10th Ave E, West Fargo, North Dakota. Dated at Fargo, North Dakota, this 5th day of January, 2004. 16. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Aaencv MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the following contract as submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency--Head Start lease of county building at 57 11th Avenue North, Fargo. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
