On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and filed for Keith Berndt <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file an <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Keith Berndt and to authorize the <br />county treasurer and the county auditor to issue a duplicate check. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
