December 1, 2003 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Precinct 22-15 (Horace) is small in geographical area but has around 1,000 voters so no change is <br />contemplated for this precinct. Also, Precinct 22-16 is a relatively small precinct, 300 voters, but we really <br />don't have candidates for consolidation.
