3. Tax system purchase orders - Laserfiche WebLink

We are still working with two vendors on the actual property tax system, but by purchasing the appraisal and special assessments pieces a nd the web software to get these to the web this year, we will have accomplished a lot between this year and the early part of next year. We have two vendors that we are working with on the property tax data base and we may have to come back to the Commission to use part of the approximate $80,000 that we will not be spending this year. Overall, this will be a good project. The appraisal and special assessment systems we are purchasing this year will make us completely compatible with the systems in both Fargo and West Fargo. We will be able to get the appraisal and special assessment information to the web site for the use of citizens, appraisers, realtors, and closing companies, which is important in today's work environment.
