Today's PO's update our accounting and related software to make them compatible with other Window's applications. Annual maintenance on these programs will decrease by about $3,000 per year after the upgrade. We will have another PO on the next agenda to purchase a Property Assessment System (values) and a Special Assessment System (special assessment taxes and drains). The Water Resource Districts will be involved in the Special Assessment System and will pay one half of the costs for that system.
