Commission Minutes—July 5, 2023 5738 <br />fit John and Sarah Kirby <br />An appeal was submitted by John and Sarah Kirby for a property located at 4314 58th Street South. <br />Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he <br />recommends the Board reduce the 2023 value to $460,100. <br />John Neuenschwander <br />An appeal was submitted by John Neuenschwander for a property located at 2314 35th Avenue <br />South. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable <br />sales, he recommends the Board reduce the 2023 value to $386,200. <br />Timothy Nasheim <br />An appeal was submitted by Timothy Nasheim for a property located at 6622 Crofton Lane South. <br />Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he <br />recommends the Board retain the current value. Mr. Fracassi said he requested the City of Fargo <br />send a new list of comparable sales. He said the property is unique with a large square footage at <br />3,100 square feet and most properties in the area built around the same time are about 2.400 <br />square feet. He said after reviewing the new sales provided by the City of Fargo, he believes the <br />current value is fair and equitable. <br />Mr. Nasheim was present and said he has new information he would like to present to the Board. <br />Mr. Peterson said the public hearing was held at the last Board meeting and the Tax Equalization <br />Office has reviewed the property. Mr. Fracassi said he provided Mr. Nasheim with his findings and <br />gave Mr. Nasheim additional resources to find sales and data related to his property. Mr. Peterson <br />said one property owner will be allowed to speak at this meeting due to a miss communication. He <br />r said the next step for Mr. Nasheim if he is unsatisfied with the recommendation today is to make his <br />appeal to the State Board of Equalization. <br />Paul and Amber Plambeck <br />An appeal was submitted by Paul and Amber Plambeck for a property located at 6249 14th Street <br />South. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable <br />sales, he recommends the Board retain the current value. <br />Dale Faust <br />An appeal was submitted by Dale Faust for a property located at 3020 Hickory Street North. Mr. <br />Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he <br />recommends the Board retain the current value. <br />Harley Danielson <br />An appeal was submitted by Harley Danielson for a property located at 2308 35th Avenue South. Mr. <br />Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he <br />recommends the Board reduce the 2023 value to $370,300. <br />Fredrick and Janet Hammer <br />An appeal was submitted by Fredrick and Janet Hammer for a property located at 1906 14 1/2 Street <br />South. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable <br />sales, he recommends the Board retain the current value. <br />City of West Fargo <br />Tevye, LLC <br />IAn appeal was submitted by Tami Norgard on behalf of Tevye, LLC for a property located at 4980 <br />Sheyenne Street. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and <br />comparable sales, he recommends the Board retain the current value.
