Mr. Fracassi continued in that format. <br />Love's Travel Stops and County Stores. Inc <br />An appeal was submitted by Grant Thornton, LLP on behalf of Love's Travel Stops and Country <br />Stores, Inc. for a property located at 3220 39" Street South. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the <br />property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he recommends the Board retain the <br />current value. <br />Holiday Gas Stations <br />An appeal was submitted by Holiday Gas Stations for properties located at 1020 19th Avenue North, <br />3040 25' Street South, 1902 25th Street South, 4377 45th Street South, 2755 Brandt Drive South, <br />1510 32"d Avenue South, and 5651 36th Avenue South. Mr. Fracassi said after reviewing the <br />properties and comparable sales, he recommends the Board retain the current values for all the <br />properties. <br />Nathan Dunnell <br />An appeal was submitted by Nathan Dunnell for a property located at 3726 15th Street South. He said after reviewing the property, all appeal <br />documentation, and comparable sales. he recommends the Board reduce the value of a property <br />located at 1741 42nd Street South to $966,000, reduce the value of a property located at 510 29" <br />Avenue North to $1,457,000, retain the current value of a property located at 204 24th Street South, <br />reduce the value of a property located at 711 University Drive North to $1,047,000, retain the current <br />value of a property located at 4949 16th Avenue South, reduce the value of a property located at <br />1741 42nd Street South to $1,264,000, reduce the value of a property located at 1630 34th Street <br />South to $766.000, and retain the current value of a property located at 3720 42"d Street South. <br />Great Hall Properties <br />An appeal was submitted by Phil Abeln on behalf of Great Hall Properties for properties located at <br />1624 East Gateway Circle South, 1920 25th Street South, 2416 18" Street South, 2802 8th Street <br />North, 519 29th Avenue North, 1010 16th Street North, and 514 30th Avenue North. Mr. Fracassi said <br />after reviewing the property, all appeal documentation, and comparable sales, he recommends the <br />Board retain the current values for all the properties. <br />Duane Hochstatter <br />An appeal was submitted by Duane Hochstatter for a property located at 3626 11th Street South.
