<br />Commission Minutes-September 4, 2007 3268 <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner reminded the commissioners about the upcoming North Dakota Association of <br />Counties (NDACo) convention in Bismarck on October 7-10,2007. <br /> <br />13. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation program and registration for the Local Road <br />Coordinators' Conference being held in Rapid City, South Dakota on October 17 and 18, <br />2007, at the Ramkota Inn; <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation information regarding bridge information and <br />list of structurally deficient and functionally obsolete bridges in the state (copy referred to <br />county engineer); <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation information on Director's Task Force <br />Transportation Enhancement Projects for fiscal year 2009 (copy referred to county <br />engineer); <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation guidelines and information on Safe Routes <br />to School Program (copy referred to county engineer). <br /> <br />14.
