The westerly line of said strip being <br />40,00 feet easterly of and parallel to the following described survey centerline as surveyed. <br /> <br />Commencing at the SW corner of Section 31, which is also a point on the survey centerline of N University Drive. <br />Thence northerly along the survey centerline of N University Drive, N 02 deg. 23 mln, 06 sec.
