<br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />Mike, <br />This is NDSU land needed for the 12th Ave north project that is apparently recorded in Cass County's name. <br />The DOT would like the Cass County to execute these agreements since the land is in Cass County's name. <br />Seems a bit odd, but unless you have other thoughts on the matter I'll ask that it be put on the consent agenda <br />for the Chair to sign the agreements in order to get it done. NDSU Development Foundation has executed a <br />Notification and Appraisal Waiver, a Memorandum Agreement ($500) and Temporary Easement conveyance. <br /> <br />In order for the DOT to finalize this acquisition we need a Notification and Appraisal Waiver and Temporary <br />Easement conveyance executed by Cass County. <br /> <br />Attached please find a Notification and Waiver and Temporary Easement document to be signed by Cass <br />County.
