<br />38 <br /> Version Oct 13, 2022 <br />(e) The Director may recommend to the RRRDC Authority Board for adoption <br />measures necessary for the efficient administration of the Red River Regional <br />Dispatch Center Authority's affairs. <br /> <br />(f) The Director must keep the RRRDC Authority Board fully advised of the <br />financial condition of the Red River Regional Dispatch Center Authority. The <br />Director, working with the Fiscal Agent, the Budget & Finance Committee and the <br />Executive Committee, must prepare and submit the annual budget. <br /> <br />(g) The Director will confer with the Executive Committee and with the other <br />committees as may be necessary and appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br />(h) The Director will implement the RRRDC Authority Board’s policies regarding <br />operation and maintenance of the Dispatch Center. <br /> <br /> <br />(i) The Director performs other duties prescribed by this Agreement or the RRRDC <br />Authority Board. <br /> <br /> <br />(j) The Director may be employed by the Red River Regional Dispatch Center <br />Authority pursuant to a written employment agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />(k) The Director may make recommendations regarding the Fiscal Agent or the <br />Human Resources Agent, but does not have the power to suspend and/or remove <br />the Fiscal Agent or the Human Resources Agent. <br /> <br /> <br />(l) The Director shall consult with the Assistant Director(s) on matters related to the <br />Dispatch Center. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 14.03 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR. The Assistant Director shall serve as the <br />Director, when the office of Director is vacant and unfilled and, in addition, shall be authorized <br />to execute functions of the Director, at such other times and in other situations as may be <br />authorized by the RRRDC Authority Board. <br /> <br />Section 14.04 HUMAN RESOURCES AGENT. The City of Fargo acting through the City <br />of Fargo Human Resources Director, shall serve as the Human Resources Agent for the Dispatch <br />Center, to serve for an indefinite term; which may resign as such at any time and which may be <br />removed at any time by the RRRDC Authority Board. The Human Resources Agent shall be <br />responsible for providing assistance and support to the Director as may be necessary and <br />appropriate regarding the human resources functions of the Red River Regional Dispatch Center <br />Authority.
