The AIA publishes a number of Standard Form of Architect’s Services documents that can be <br />included as an exhibit to describe the Architect’s Supplemental Services.) <br />§ 4.1.1.3 Measured Drawings: Utilize County provided drawings for the existing building. KMA will verify key <br />dimensions and provide backgrounds in CADD or Revit to record approximate locations of existing conditions. <br />§ 4.1.1.6 Building Information Model Management responsibilities: Information modeling to be performed in Revit <br />and managed as a cloud-based solution. <br />§ 4.1.1.8 Civil Engineering: Provide usual and customary civil engineering design services for the building <br />expansion. <br />§ 4.1.1.10 Architectural Interior Design: Will assist Owner in choosing interior finishes to be placed in the Drawings <br />and Specifications. <br />§ 4.1.1.16 As-Constructed record Drawings: General Contractor will provide record drawings to be incorporated <br />along with Design Team known items. <br />§ 4.1.1.17 Post Occupancy Evaluation: Review project to conduct an 11-month warranty walk-through with the <br />Owner.
