The <br />North Dakota Highway Patrol has agreed to assist the Department of Human Services in the <br />administration of this funding made available through the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency <br />Prev~ntion. <br /> <br />Please have this agreement reviewed and signed by an authorized individual from your government entity <br />and return to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Please note that the effective date of the agreement is <br />August 1,2007 through March 31,2008, and reimbursements requests are to be submitted on a monthly <br />basis. Periodicany, your agency may be requested to submit payroll verification for auditing purposes. <br /> <br />Upon return of the grant agreement, we will sign it and return a copy to you.
