<br />Commission Minutes-August 6, 2007 3230 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AUGUST 6, 2007 <br /> <br />1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER <br />Chairman Scott Wagner called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Ken Pawluk, Darrell Vanyo, Robyn Sorum, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Vern Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />3. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Bennett seconded the minutes of the last <br />regular meeting held July 16, 2007, and minutes of the special meeting <br />held July 23,2007, be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda with the addition of a contract and resolution for Street <br />Improvement District No. 2007-1. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to approve the consent <br />agenda as follows: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />a. Approve Resolution #2007-17, commending Bonnie Johnson for her 30 <br />years of service with Cass County Government as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #2007-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonnie Johnson has worked for Cass County <br />Government for 30 years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonnie Johnson has distinguished herself first in her <br />work as the Director of Regional Child Support <br />Enforcement and for the last 17 years as the County <br />Administrator to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonnie Johnson has been conscientious and diligent <br />during her 30 years of service, always keeping in mind <br />the best interests of Cass County; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cass County does hereby salute and honor, Bonnie <br />Johnson for her continuing service. <br />
