Location of 100 year floodplain, floodway, and major drainage patterns on the land <br />proposed to be platted and within 1,320 feet of it. <br />8. Proposed lot layout in relationship to existing streets and drainageways drawn to <br />approximate scale. <br />9. Proposed land use(s) and their location in relationship to the proposed lot layout. <br />10. Proposed methods for water supply and sewage treatment. <br />Section 6.03 Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Information and Requirements <br />(a) Drafting Standards. <br />1. The Plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn at a scale of 10 feet, 20 feet, 30 feet, 40 feet, 50 <br />feet, 60 feet, 80 feet, or 100 feet to the inch. <br />2. Dimensions shall be in feet and decimals; bearings shall be in degrees, minutes, and <br />seconds. Lot line descriptions shall read in a clockwise direction. <br />3. If more than one (1) sheet is necessary, each sheet <br />shall be numbered to show the relationship to the total number of sheets in the Plan (e.g. <br />Sheet 1 of 5). <br />(b) Location and Identification. <br />1. Proposed name of subdivision shall not duplicate or too closely resemble names of existing <br />subdivisions. <br />2. The name and address of the owner of the tract (or an authorized agent), the developer or <br />subdivider and the firm preparing the plat and development plans. <br />3. A north arrow, a graphic scale, and a written scale. <br />4. The entire existing tract boundary with bearings and distances. (If a landowner is to retain a <br />single lot with a lot area in excess of ten acres and consistent with the exemptions for a <br />subdivision set forth in this Ordinance, the boundary of that lot may be identified as a deed <br />plotting and may be drawn at any legible scale; if the remaining lot has a lot area of ten or <br />less acres, it must be described to the accuracy requirements of this Ordinance. <br />5. The total acreage of the entire existing tract. <br />6. The location of existing lot line markers along the perimeter of the entire existing tract. <br />7. A location map, drawn to a scale of a minimum of one inch equals two thousand feet <br />relating the subdivision to at least two intersection of road center lines. the approximate <br />distance to the intersection of the centerlines of the nearest improved street intersection <br />shall be identified; minimum maintenance roads shall not constitute an improved street. <br />8. A note indicating the types of sewer and water facilities to be provided.
