Commission Minutes—May 2, 2022 5564 <br />Mr. Wilson said the position authorized questionaries (PAQs) that were approved and submitted to <br />Gallagher by the Personnel Overview Committee (POC) on April 18, 2022, have been received back <br />from Gallagher and another POC meeting will be scheduled soon to review Gallagher's feedback. <br />Mr. Steen asked if Gallagher responded to the POC's pay scale request. Mr. Wilson said Gallagher <br />suggested a pay practice study and the study was approved on today's consent agenda. <br />Mr. Wilson said the Finance Office has been working on putting together updated information on <br />CARES and ARPA funds the County received as COVID federal aid and will be presenting this <br />information to address Commission questions at an upcoming meeting. <br />Ms. Madrigga said the Finance Department and Information Technology Department will be offering <br />training sessions for the new ERP budgeting system next week for all employees that work on the <br />budget. She said she will be out of the office from May 6, 2022, to May 14, 2022, and during this <br />time Senior Accountant, Sarah Heinle will serve as acting Cass County Finance Director. <br />15.
