NOISE ORDINANCE, Committee reports <br />Mr. Bennett hopes a noise ordinance continues to be reviewed an considered by the <br />sheriff and state's attorney. He said noises at night from motorcycles a d other vehicles is a <br />nuisance in the rural areas and needs to be addressed. <br /> <br /> <br />12. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to rec ive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motio carried. <br /> <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation federal aid program information for <br />2008-2009 (copy referred to county engineer); <br />_ North Dakota Department of Transportation response regarding fed ral funding for <br />improvements to road leading to Casselton ethanol plant (copy ref rred to county <br />engineer); <br />_ report from United States Department of Agriculture on inspection f a drain in the <br />Rush River Water Resource District. <br /> <br /> <br />13.
