<br />Commission Minutes-June 18, 2007 3213 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />JUNE 18, 2007 <br /> <br />1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER <br />Chairman Scott Wagner called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Ken Pawluk, Darrell Vanyo, Robyn Sorum, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Robyn Sorum led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />3. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that the minutes of the <br />previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to approve the consent <br />agenda as follows: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />a. Amend Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, with <br />2007 appointments as follows: <br /> <br />Cass County Housinq Authority (5-year term) <br />Robert J. Anderson, 4355 10th Avenue South #107, Fargo <br /> <br />City Planninq and Zoninq from extra-territorial area (5-year term) <br />City of North River <br />Dick Harris, 5513 County Road 31, Fargo <br /> <br />Cass County Weed Control Board (4-year term) <br />Larry Wilcox, 13973 26th Street SE, Ayr <br /> <br />b. Receive and file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instruments for Patricia <br />Anderson and Craig Properties, Inc.; and authorize the county auditor <br />and county treasurer to issue duplicate checks. <br />c. Receive monthly financial statement from the Auditor's Office for the <br />month ended May 31, 2007. <br />d. Approve omitted assessment according to notice sent to property owner <br />by the county auditor. <br />e. Contract approval: <br />Hickson Village-vector control spraying contract; <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation-construction and <br />maintenance agreement for bridge replacement on Highway 26 <br />
