The SE Cass project addresses <br />the crosion at the River issue and may help Ms. 'fhorpe's bank slumping issues somewhat <br />Hmvever, given her location at the outside bend of a river, it is likely that she will <br />continue to experience bank slumping with or without the proposed improvements, <br /> <br />I sympathize with Ms, Thorpe's dilemma and understand her desirc to see a quick <br />solution, It may still be advisable to wait until decisions have been made regarding <br />if/what will be included in the Southside Protection Project that vI/ill affect 76th Avenue, <br />'fherefore I'm not recommending any action by the Board at this time. <br /> <br />I've included a number of enclosures with additional background information and plan to be <br />available at the Commission meeting to answer any questions you may have. <br /> <br />\\:,,\., i ~~,!q~': i'h1~.:r!~ ,i,.. <br />
