Now that the praject <br />will be built in 2008, I believe aur county staff'including myself cauld take an much of <br />the right afway acquisitian wo.rk in-house. I dan't in any way intend to suggest that <br />SRF's nat to. exceed pro.pasal amount is unreasanable. I do. believe tbe 2171 haurs <br />estimated to. complete the right of way wark is a reasonable estimate o.f the number of <br />hours required regardless o.fwha do.es it. <br /> <br />SRF~s proposal also. includes subcantracted appraisal services. The propo.sal included <br />using RM Hoef's and Associates at a cost o.f$140AOO. I've asked SRF to solicit other <br />proposals for the right of way appraisals.
