Size new CR 23 crossing to replace failing wood structure <br /> <br />County responsibilities are as follows: <br /> <br />A. Publish Ad for Bids - Distribute plans with County Contract Documents <br />B. Permits & Right-of-way plats/contracts if necessary <br />C. Coordinate with BNSF for crossing upgrades (if any) <br />D. Coordinate with the NDDOT for Interchange upgrades (if any) <br /> <br />Additional Engineering Services not include in this proposal: <br /> <br />A. Any construction services, such as construction observation or staking. <br />B. Attend meetings or hearings associated with non-standard scope of work. <br /> <br />Houston Engineering would perform the described work at our hourly rates up to a fee of <br />$28,539 which we will not exceed without County authorization. <br /> <br />The work will begin and be completed within a time frame to allow for construction in 2007 <br />(final plans by mid May, bids in early June).
