<br />implementation and integration into existing systems did not meet our <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The first year cost estimates ranged from an upgrade of our current system <br />at approximately $26,000 for software only to $160,000 to implement a <br />new system. <br /> <br />Currently email, electronic faxing and voicemail are available now, but are <br />in three independent failing legacy systems. It takes a tremendous amount <br />of administrative work keeping employee databases updated as employees <br />changes occur between the three systems. <br /> <br />Late in 2006, Microsoft introduced an upgrade to the current server <br />software, Exchange Server, which we use for email access.
