Approve. a fund raiser to be held by Cass County Government employees with all proceeds to go toward the World War II "Honor Flight." 6. ORDINANCE #2007-1, Second readino on county hiahway access ordinance Keith Berndt, County Engineer, said the first reading of the proposed ordinance was held March 5, 2007. He sent information to cities regarding the ordinance and asked for comments. As of today, no comments or concerns were received. He said the ordinance will serve as an important planning function to preserve corridors, assist with traffic flows and limit accesses. No one from the audience asked to address the board regarding the proposed ordinance.
