<br />Commission Minutes-February 5,2007 3174 <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said Fargo is holding forums during this legislative session and reminded <br />commissioners of the weekly meetings held each Friday at 3:00 PM. He briefly <br />discussed HB 1044 regarding county and state formulas on oil taxes and suggested a <br />letter be sent in support of the bill. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded that the Cass County <br />Commission forward a resolution of support for HB 1044. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />14. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />notification from the North Dakota Department of Transportation of project <br />completion and material testing on plaza amenities and dike east improvements <br />in the City of Fargo (copies also sent to County Engineer and City of Fargo). <br /> <br />15.
