Cass County, Fargo and West Fargo all have various buildings interconnected for network services. The Cass County Highway Department is an interconnecting point between the West Fargo City Hall and the rest of the State network. There are two additional facilities in West Fargo that the City would like connected to the system. The West Fargo Public Works building recently erected on 12th Ave N and the Moore Engineering building near 13th Ave South. West Fargo Public Works building requires connectivity for access to West Fargo servers, Cass County GIS and for general Internet access. Moore Engineering provides ongoing engineering services for the the City of West Fargo and acts as the City's Engineer and Building Inspector. Moore Engineering also provides engineering services to the County Water Resource Districts. The City of West Fargo has requested Moore Engineering be granted access to the State network for the purposes of accessing the City's building permiting system located at the City Hall and access to the Cass County/West Fargo GIS system located in the Cass County Courthouse. West Fargo and Moore Engineering have made preliminary plans with IdeaOne to provide in ground fiber connections between the two facilities and
