<br />': <br /> <br />r" <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL LEASE <br /> <br />Lease made January 11, 2007, between CHS, herein referred to <br />as Lessor, whether one or more, and Cass County Emergency Services <br />and Grandin Rural Fire Protection District herein referred to as <br />Lessee, whether one or more. This lease and agreement shall <br />modify and supersede any preceding lease or agreements between the <br />parties and shall be retroactive if applicable as herein provided. <br /> <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES <br /> <br />A location for a page repeater antenna in the CHS <br />Elevator located on Lot Fifteen (15), Block Five (5) of the <br />Original Townsite of the City of Grandin, Cass County, North <br />Dakota. <br /> <br />TERM <br /> <br />The term of this lease is for a period of one <br />January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. This <br />automatically renew for one (1) year unless there <br />written Notice by either party. <br /> <br />(1) year from <br />lease shall <br />is a 60 day <br /> <br />RENT <br /> <br />Lessee shall pay Lessor during the term of this lease as <br />follows: <br /> <br />$1.00 per annum. <br /> <br />DEPOSIT <br /> <br />The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the sum of $- 0- as a <br />damage deposit on these premises. <br /> <br />USE OF PREMISES <br /> <br />The Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the premises <br />shall be used only for meeting purposes and that any other use <br />shall be unauthorized and shall be grounds for the termination of <br />this lease by Lessor.
