<br />10. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This License Agreement shall <br /> <br />continue for an indefinite period and shall only be terminated by action of the County <br /> <br />and the Equipment retaken by County in the event F-M . <br /> <br />Ambulance is in material breach of any term of this agreement.
